ABOUT ME

Hayden has cultivated his problem-solving acumen through years of achievement in post-secondary education. As a scholarship recipient and a perennial member of the honour roll, he is celebrated for his innovative thinking and leadership prowess. Hayden's academic pursuits center around sociology, delving deep into the dynamics of group behaviour encompassing consumers, audiences, and individuals. With a focus on sociology, Hayden possesses an intersectional understanding of various societal dimensions, including consumerism, social media, gender, class, consumer behaviour, economy, and politics. Originally aspiring to become a police officer, Hayden holds a degree in Sociology with a specialty in Criminology and Socio-Legal Studies from Trent University.

However, his interest in aiding others guided him toward an exciting new industry where he could foster professional success in others while upholding honesty and integrity, akin to his envisioned role as a police officer. Hayden is jokingly known as the "arms and legs" of FTLOM, emphasizing his role in client success and satisfaction (that’s YOU). Together with his business and life partner, Trista, he forms one half of the company's public face. As President of the company, Hayden is committed to instilling the ethos rooted in equality, kindness, and overall well-being.
